Ms. Sarah Thuente

Ms. Thuente is a dual licensed ESL & ELA teacher.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 2004 with a Secondary Education & English degree and received a Master's in Education from the University of St. Thomas in 2013.  This is her 19th year teaching and her 9th year as a Humboldt Hawk!

In her free time, Ms. Thuente enjoys reading, camping, swimming, and running.  She runs a lot of races and plans to run the Ragnar and the TC 10 mile this fall.  She also will be coaching track this coming spring.  

Ms. Thuente lives here in St. Paul with her husband, Patrick, and three children, Lillian, Emily & Benjamin.  They enjoy going on road trips and camping together as family.  They visited Mackinac Island and camped in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan this summer and took many trips up north to the family cabin.   

She is looking forward to an awesome year with students!
