Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Education in Speech and Hearing Therapy Masters in Education in Speech Pathology Doctorate in Speech Pathology and Audiology American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Minnesota Department of Education Teacher License in Speech Therapy Minnesota Department of Health License in Speech-Language Pathology American Board of Fluency and Fluency Disorders Certificate in Fluency (Stuttering/Cluttering).

Dr. Carolyn Belle

As an SPPS Speech-Language Pathologist, Dr. Belle supports students with their communication goals.  Along with working 0.6 FTE with students and their families at Humboldt, Dr. Belle provides consultation services to students, their families, and other SPPS Speech-Language Pathologists across the district, regarding the impact of stuttering and cluttering on communication.
