Transcript Requests and Education Verification

 

Education Verification

To request an education verification you will need to fax the request with the authorizing signature of the person you are requesting verification. The request must include the student's legal name, date of birth, and enrollment years at Humboldt Secondary School. We do not do verifications over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: **NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. We accept cash, money orders, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Money orders should be made payable to "Saint Paul Public Schools."
