1) Daily Classwork Points(34%)

The most important part ofdaily work will be the notebook check. We will create interactive notebookswhich I will stamp for various activities and homework. IT IS VERY IMPORTANTTHAT YOU KEEP YOUR NOTEBOOK SAFE AND ORGANIZED IN YOUR BINDER!

2) Lab Reports/Activities(33%)

We will be writing inquirybased lab reports using the scientific method. If you are absent for a lab, youcan make it up before or after school. Classroom projects will alsocontribute to your lab reports/activities grade.

3) Tests and Quizzes (33%)

Tests will be given at theend of each unit. There will be a final exam or project at the end of eachquarter. Quizzes will be given throughout the quarter as well. If you receive100% on a Latin/Greek vocabulary final, all previous quizzes you have takenwill be awarded full points. If you miss a test or quiz, make arrangements tomake them up before or after school.

4) Extra Credit

Unused passes will becollected at the end of the quarter and will count as extra credit. Inaddition, if a family member attends any of the four conferences, you will alsoreceive extra credit points. Last, if you help update the daily log in class,you will be awarded extra points.

Please note, if you arecheating or handing in plagiarized material, you receive a zero for thatassignment.
